Position Details
As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint a Plant Compliance Manager to assume accountability for running the PHA (Process Hazard Assessment) programme across the 18 Industrial Ammonia plants in the Lineage AU network.
Reporting to the National Energy & Refrigeration Manager, this is a critically important role for the business and will be responsible for the scoping, planning and delivery of the PHA programme in line with the organisation’s strategic priorities.
As well as the effective management of stakeholders, the role will also require a disciplined approach to defining and implementing initiatives, working collaboratively and cross-functional with different areas of the business and reporting progress and risks to the senior leadership team.

YOUR EXPERIENCE SHOULD IDEALLY INCLUDE:

  • Extensive experience in similar role (or equivalent)
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, compliance desirable (but not essential)
  • Previous experience in Industrial plant processes - i.e. refrigeration or petrochemical industries
  • Ability to plan and lead teams to deliver sustainable project outcomes
  • Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to work under autonomously
  • Strong stakeholder & Relationship Management
  • Exceptional Communication and Documentation Skills

  • Conducting Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) Audits
  • PHA Program Administration and Documentation
  • PHA Opex and Capex budget planning
  • Developing/Reviewing PPM Policies and allocating to assets (MEX Management)
  • Monitoring & reporting on programme progress
  • Audit Preventative Maintenance PHA Work Orders
  • Co-ordinating and documenting meetings, decisions, notifications, communications
