Plant Compliance Manager
YOUR EXPERIENCE SHOULD IDEALLY INCLUDE:
- Extensive experience in similar role (or equivalent)
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, compliance desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in Industrial plant processes - i.e. refrigeration or petrochemical industries
- Ability to plan and lead teams to deliver sustainable project outcomes
- Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to work under autonomously
- Strong stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Exceptional Communication and Documentation Skills
Responsibilities:
- Conducting Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) Audits
- PHA Program Administration and Documentation
- PHA Opex and Capex budget planning
- Developing/Reviewing PPM Policies and allocating to assets (MEX Management)
- Monitoring & reporting on programme progress
- Audit Preventative Maintenance PHA Work Orders
- Co-ordinating and documenting meetings, decisions, notifications, communications
- Engineering Incident Management
- Development of Guidance Documents
- Emergency Response Documents & Training
- Compiling, Developing and Reviewing Procedures
- Implementing & Managing Training Program
- Ammonia Leak Register Management
