Plant Compliance Manager

YOUR EXPERIENCE SHOULD IDEALLY INCLUDE:

  • Extensive experience in similar role (or equivalent)
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, compliance desirable (but not essential)
  • Previous experience in Industrial plant processes - i.e. refrigeration or petrochemical industries
  • Ability to plan and lead teams to deliver sustainable project outcomes
  • Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to work under autonomously
  • Strong stakeholder & Relationship Management
  • Exceptional Communication and Documentation Skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) Audits
  • PHA Program Administration and Documentation
  • PHA Opex and Capex budget planning
  • Developing/Reviewing PPM Policies and allocating to assets (MEX Management)
  • Monitoring & reporting on programme progress
  • Audit Preventative Maintenance PHA Work Orders
  • Co-ordinating and documenting meetings, decisions, notifications, communications
  • Engineering Incident Management
  • Development of Guidance Documents
  • Emergency Response Documents & Training
  • Compiling, Developing and Reviewing Procedures
  • Implementing & Managing Training Program
  • Ammonia Leak Register Management
