We are seeking a Plant Coordinator to provide on-site support to site personnel to ensure the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of Green Energy facilities including all aspects of operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Ensure all Site Environment; Health & Safety standards are met by participating directly in regular and routine tasks that require more than one person to complete (e.g. substation inspections). Demonstrate the Enbridge values by directly coordinating and participating in community activities in support of local partners, both public and government.
- In close cooperation with Plant Manager, Coordinate the execution of Safety, Environment and Quality procedures at the Greenwich Wind Farm.
- Act as the primary local contact for all partner engagement activities. This would include coordinating a response to local concerns and complaints, assuming Enbridge responsibilities with the Enbridge Community Grant Committee, providing assistance and advice to the Director, Plant Manager or others in Community Relations, Public Affairs and Government Relations on matters relating to the Greenwich Windfarm. Coordinate and conduct tours of the windfarm as requested.
- Carry out all document control activities on site, ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly reports are maintained on a current basis. Ensure the continued effective transfer of information to / from production coordination team as required.
- Responsible for the completion of all electronic filing requirements for the Greenwich Site within Enbridge data bases (including Maximo), Sharepoint sites, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of Complaint Action Monitoring forms for receiving and following up on all complaints received at site from Landowners and residents, MOE, MNR and other regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate all site visits to ensure sign in procedures are followed. Includes, but not limited to general visitors subcontractors, owners and lenders if applicable.
- Radio monitoring for all on site contractors and technician. Monitoring of weather for site personnel, and security cameras at O & M, Substation and Switchyard.
