Description:
YOUR PROFILE
- Mechanical engineer, civil engineer, or a related field (B.Sc./M.Sc.)
- Experienced as a Plant Engineer in construction, preferably with experience in tunnel construction or similar large-scale infrastructure projects
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Profound communication skills
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential
- Willingness to work on non-standard working schedules / shift work
Responsibilities:
- You will collaborate with site management, engineers, and contractors to coordinate plant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and project progression
- You will manage spare parts inventory, order necessary supplies, and ensure all plant equipment is adequately stocked and ready for use
- You are experienced in continuous monitoring plant equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted operations
- You ensure all plant operations comply with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments
