PLANT HR MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations issues such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws across all levels of the organization.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development opportunities.Lead initiatives to improve workplace safety standards within the plant environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience working for Canadian-based companies
  • Proven experience within a technical plant setting
  • Comprehensive understanding of Canadian labor laws
  • Strong interpersonal skills with outstanding communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
