PLANT HR MANAGER

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations issues such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws across all levels of the organization.
Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development opportunities.Lead initiatives to improve workplace safety standards within the plant environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience working for Canadian-based companies
- Proven experience within a technical plant setting
- Comprehensive understanding of Canadian labor laws
- Strong interpersonal skills with outstanding communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
