Description:
We’re thrilled to be partnering with Linde, a leading global industrial gases and engineering company, to find a talented Plant Layout & Piping Engineer for their Brno office. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organization renowned for its innovation and industry leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of after-sales and revamp projects of Air Separation Plants and/or Hydrogen Plants
- Collaboration with an international design team, which can be spread over several, partly international locations
- Compiling of existing plants (on-site inspections, laser scan, as-built documents, etc.)
- Development of piping systems with focus on operability, maintenance and safety
- Preparation of piping documentation for stress analysis
- Technical coordination with related disciplines, including systems engineering, civil- & structural steel, piping material, electrical-engineering, instrumentation-engineering, static- and rotating components, process- and plant safety as well as procurement, construction and project management
- Preparation and review of technical drawings
- Participation in design reviews (internally and with the client)
- Verification of customer requirements and specifications
- Determination of the material requirements of the piping systems
- Preparation of installation concepts, planning and design of piping systems using a S3D CAD system
- Document Control and Progress Control for the discipline
- Monitoring the progress and quality of the work of the design tea
