Job Description
CUBIC - A Rockwell Automation Company is looking for skilled Plant Manager. Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for optimizing operations and driving excellence? We’re seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to oversee our two cutting-edge factories in Denmark.

Overall task description

• Daily operations in Aabybro and Brønderslev
• Cost improvements and improving effficiency in the factories
• Planning function for DK production
• LEAN and/or selected productivity tools addressed for factories
• Compliance with common and RA standards
• Attraction, training and development of employees
• Secure Flexibility/Scalability in production
• KPI reporting and monitoring
• Common objectives and continuously improvement boards
• Health & Safety – Chairman for the H&S committee/ISO 45001
• Product and process Quality/ISO 9001
• Environmental aspects/Energy consumption/legal demand/ISO 14001
• Building
• Maintenance Department

Responsibility

• Overall responsible for all activities at the Danish production sites, quality, delivery performance, budget, product costing
• Development of productivity and cost savings
• CBA and other agreements for Blue Collar
• H&S according to local law and RA requirements
• LEAN and smart factory development to new levels
• Utilization and OEE on production equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience from a metal production, as factory manager or production manager
• Experience working with production teams and development of those
• High knowledge on productivity tools activities. LEAN, 6Sigma or similar
• Knowledge to legal demands and working with Health and Safety Standards
• Use to cooperate with other functions, sales, R&D, economy etc.
• Experience with Danish CBA and negotiations with shop steward organization
• Experience with ERP systems and planning function
• Danish and English in both speaking and writing
• Office 365

• Logistic, R&D and Sales organization
• CUBIC Global Production and other factories with the group
