RESPONSABILITIES:

• Oversee all plant operations, including assembly, milling, and CNC machining, to meet and exceed quality and cost objectives.

• Develop and execute plans to enhance production capacity and drive quality improvements, emphasizing Lean manufacturing at a world-class level.
• Build a strong, locally-driven team culture while ensuring alignment with global operational standards.
• Manage P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of experience in operations or production management within casting or heavy manufacturing, with hands-on experience in assembly and machining processes.

• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing, quality control, and continuous improvement, with a focus on creating efficient, compliant, and high-performing operations.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international setting.
