Responsibilities : The Plant Manager is responsible for the safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, training, staffing, and overall performance of an assigned Hydro-Gear site. This also includes developing and enforcing company policies, assuring safe practices, and maintaining effective processes within the Hydro-Gear location.

Job Type: Full-Time

• Located in Huntingdon TN

• Active member of Hydro-Gear’s Leadership Team
• Manages and has responsibilities for employees, safety, processes, equipment and housekeeping of facility
• Ensures production quality and quantity goals in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures
• Maintains and enhances profitability by actively managing costs and modify production, spending and inventory control programs
• Develop and promote substantive initiatives that seek to improve employee safety, environmental conditions, quality, delivery and costs
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum five years related experience
• Equivalent combination of education and ten years’ experience
• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
• Multi-tasking abilities, Sense of Urgency
