Plant Manager Lovosice & Mariánské lázně champions a culture of Care about our more than 450 colleagues in two factor. The Plant Manager is accountable for leading the teams to achieve production targets and operational excellence while inspiring employee engagement and innovation. With a focus on safety, quality, delivery, costs, sustainability and morale, this role is central to continuing journey to a high-performance operation in both factories.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably within FMCG.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with lean manufacturing and high-performance culture.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Czech.

• Ensure alignment across functions and foster a collaborative team environment.

Innovation and Sustainability:

• Champion sustainability initiatives and support new product launches aligned with Mondelez International’s growth agenda.
• Promote innovation to enhance competitive advantage and market leadership.
