POSITION PROFILE

As Plant Manager, you will be the operational leader responsible for the overall management of our company’s production activities. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will lead the operational team to achieve production objectives while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Ensure planning, coordination, and supervision of all plant operations.
• Mentor and motivate a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Supervise the operations management team and collaborate with other departments to optimize cross-functional collaboration.
• Maximize production process efficiency, ensure adherence to production deadlines, and monitor the quality of finished products.
• Participate in the development and management of operational budgets, ensuring cost optimization while maintaining high standards.
• Promote and maintain a culture of health and safety at work, implementing strict safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage human, material, and technological resources to maximize operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, propose innovative solutions, and implement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
