QUALIFICATIONS
- Baccalauréat dans une discipline commerciale ou technique, de préférence en ingénierie.
- Au moins 8 années d’expérience en gestion dans une entreprise de fabrication.

Under the guidance of the Director, AS Metal Operations, the Plant Manager will be responsible for our 100,000 SF high-end Metal Ceilings Solutions facility in Montreal. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of 70+ employees, ensuring safe and profitable operations while fostering a culture of talent development and recognition. We’re looking for a dynamic leader who excels in building empowered leadership and production teams, collaborating with functional leaders across the organization, and driving customer-focused solutions. As Plant Manager, you’ll lead capital and engineering projects, support business growth, and champion improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline; preferably in Engineering.
- 8+ years of management experience in a manufacturing operation.
- Demonstrated business leadership including the ability to understand and drive P&L results.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the AWI Metal Business Team to define future strategies, identify innovation opportunities, and support overall business growth.
