Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the Leading Hand Mechanic will be leading and motivating a crew of up to 10 employees within the Engines department of our Component Rebuild Centre. They will be promoting and encouraging high safety standards and showcase a positive can-do attitude. This individual will be assisting in training their team members and working alongside all members whilst dealing with high volume work.
Location: South Guildford
Roster: Mon-Fri, 2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights, 10.5 Hr shifts
