In this role as Night Shift - Leading Hand, will be responsible for a mixed trade team of Boilermakers, Plant Mechanics, Component Technicians and Painters. Tasks and responsibilities will include;

• Deliver team PSI at start of shift
• Ensure a safe working environment for the team
• Allocate labour to tasks including job instructions and monitor productivity
• Quality control of tasks in progres

You will work in a brand-new facility with all the latest fit outs and equipment to perform in your role to the highest possible standard.
