As a Platform Designer/Engineer, you will play a dual role in our product development team, contributing both to the design and the engineering aspects of our DevSecOps platform. You will follow the Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG) methodology, focusing on discovery, design, and delivery to ensure our platform meets user needs, security requirements, and business goals.

Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of DevSecOps practitioners. Use insights to inform design and engineering decisions.
- Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions for the DevSecOps platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, security experts, and other designers, to ensure a cohesive product vision.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring the platform is user-friendly and secure.
- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Infrastructure as Code: Develop and manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Automation: Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Monitoring and Logging: Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable software releases.
- Security: Integrate security best practices into the DevOps processes to ensure compliance and protect against threats.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
