Responsibilities:
- Responsible for being hands-on in building integrations, tools and patterns that are reliable, scalable and easy to maintain
- Ensure the quality of engineering within your team
- Contribute to architectural and code review discussions that impact our engineering ecosystem
- Raise the bar of the teams you’ll be working with
- Collaborate with leads and engineers across multiple teams to solve a wide variety of business and technical problems
- Ensure our systems are properly documented
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Wayfair engineering scene within Toronto and beyond.
