ABOUT THE JOB

Data Distribution and Integration is a department within Operations Management responsible for integrations within Inter IKEA and data exchange towards franchisors using the IKEA brand and our suppliers. The product team is responsible for internal tools and services used to support the creation and delivery of data exchanges.
Join our dynamic team and take the lead in ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of our services!
We’re looking for a young, motivated individual to collaborate closely with our vendors, suppliers, and internal teams, while being comfortable working independently on the assignment.
You’ll be the key player in planning, coordinating, and supervising service deliveries and innovations.

• Experience with leading projects or agile teams towards defined goals as a Project Manager, Product Owner or Service Delivery Manager.
• Be passionate about delivering high quality services and a passion of bringing together people, process, and tools to successfully get there
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
• Knowledge and experience in key aspects of IT software development, including integration with external partners using standards such as EDI
• Good resource planning and backlog prioritisation skills
• Create various KPIs and data analysis for follow up and reporting
• Knowledge of service management and how to secure service delivery using ITIL
• Experience from managing and follow-up external vendors and agreements.

  This role is full-time (40-hours per week) and based in Malmö, Sweden. This role sits in the Technology and Platform, Platform Area and reports to the Team Manager.
