Reporting to the Engineering Manager - Platform Monitoring & Control, your areas of responsibility will be to:

  • Provide specialist engineering expertise to deliver significant aspects of engineering activity as part of a defined workstream within the Hunter Class Platform Management & Control (PM&C) team.
  • Deliver the scope of work within the expected quality, cost and schedule parameters, set out by the programme in the plan defined and agreed with the CAM.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to achieve the defined deliverables
  • Develop, mature and integrate the design solution, both functionally and physically in alignment with defined workstream scope (e.g. Technical Maturity, Safety etc.).
  • Ensure quality, design intent and safety requirements are maintained as the design evolves.
  • Work with technical Subject Matter Experts, Design Authorities, Suppliers, internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the required capability is delivered for the customer.
  • Contribute to a strong team performance through continuous improvement and regular feedback
  • Develop own skills and seeking out opportunities to learn and grow
