Description:

The world’s most popular audio streaming subscription service is looking for a Platform Operations Agent to join the band in a consultant assignment. The client has transformed music listening forever when launched in 2008.
Period: 2024-08-26 to 2025-02-28 (full-time), with a possibility of extension.

As part of our clients mission to unlock the potential of human creativity by giving a million creative artists the opportunity to live off their art and billions of fans the opportunity to enjoy and be inspired by these creators, they are providing a variety of products that enable developers all over the world to build outstanding experiences for consumers - search for and interact with content, create and manage playlists or play music or podcasts.
To support our clients efforts to create the best possible experience for our users and partners while maintaining a safe and secure platform, they are now looking for help reviewing requests for access and ensuring that any integration follows their Terms of Service. This will include the manual handling of cases based on existing guidelines and proactive research in their data sources together with Data Scientists, optimization of processes together with the Product teams, and interaction with other parts of the company like Legal, Business Development, and Licensing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Proactively review and investigate the usage of the Developer Platform.
  • Handle requests for platform access and take decisions based on existing guidelines.
  • Detects patterns and common themes in those requests and other data points.
  • Continue to develop and optimize processes for the existing review and investigation workflows.
  • Work closely with other teams and parts of the company – Build relationships across a wide variety of domains & business units to support our review process and collaborate around cases where we are dependent on input.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties professionally, representing the company in the best possible way.
  • Collaborate with engineers to both understand the stakeholders as well as develop various tooling.
