Description:
Responsibilities:
The Program Delivery team develops incentive programs that meet a client’s requirements. A Platform QA Specialist verifies the accuracy of an incentive program once it has been built and before it is deployed in a Production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of each configured program prior to activation.
- Verify that the program respects the parameters as recorded on the client’s submission.
- Assist in an aesthetical review of consumer programs prior to the public launch.
- Collaborate with Application and Implementation Support Specialists and Client Success Managers to ensure a successful and timely program launch
