ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manages and prioritizes the day-to-day operations though understanding of impact, importance and urgency across multiple stakeholders, communication channels and country cultures
  • Evaluates business processes, requirements and areas for improvement while developing and implementing solutions independently and leverages synergies to deliver sound solutions.
  • Liaison directly with the business as well as the development team to ensure issues and requirements are recognized, understood and implemented on both sides.
  • Reliably communicates across various leadership levels of the organization while maintaining the right level of details for each group.
  • Develops into a subject matter expert for Takeda’s digital communication technologies (such as our custom website management tool, SharePoint, Bitly, Politemail, Viva Engage, etc.).
  • Solves complex problems with a broad impact on the business and interprets ways of prioritizing opportunities to streamline business and/or system processes.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree IT, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong business analyst and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to adjust chosen wording to audience skills as needed
  • Strong IT affinity
  • Experience in presenting at business meetings

  • The role of platform solution expert will be reporting into the Global Communications Data, Digital and Technology business partnering team and be acting as a direct bridge to the business.
  • Understand and analyze complex customer requirements on a global scale
  • Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of technology solutions - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders
