We are looking for a Play Assistant/Party Host to join us in transforming our business from ‘good’ to ‘great’! This is a thrilling time for our company, and we need a key team member like you to help us achieve unprecedented success.
The ideal person will have experience working in a customer facing role.
The main focus of the role will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure the Oceans of Play Centre is kept at a high standard of cleanliness.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Good team player

A hands-on role that requires you to:

• Ensure the safety of all visitors to the Ocean of Play Centre.
• Supervise young children in a safe and secure environment.
• Control of entrance and exits.
• To keep facilities clean and free of hazards.
• Monitor the behaviour of customers.
• To provide a full customer service via the catering outlet
• To comply with health and safety regulations
