Players Club Manager

Under direct supervision of the Database Director, this role oversees the day-to-day operations of the Players Rewards Club booth and staff. Promotes membership to all Casino customers and provides membership services including answering questions and explaining benefits. Ensures that services are provided effectively and efficiently to the meet the needs of the Casino customer. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications or related field preferred.Five years progressive leadership experience in marketing, or experience directly related to customer service and or guest relations will be considered.A minimum of three years supervisory experience required. Casino experience preferred.Spanish speaking preferred. Must be 21 years of age. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in California and Arizona. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred. Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members
