PLUMBING INSTALLATION AND REPAIR SUPERVISOR

OB DESCRIPTION:

1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembly, installation, and repair of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water supply, and waste disposal systems for buildings: Trains new workers.
2) Inspects work in progress and completed work to determine conformance to specifications.
3) Performs duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
4) When supervising workers who specialize in maintenance and repair of heating, water, and drainage systems in industrial or commercial establishments, is designated Plumber Supervisor, Maintenance.
5)Assist in the day-to-day work arrangement and manpower delication.
6). Supervise and monitor the work progress and do daily site reports to the company.
7). Arrange on tool box meeting forms, safety matters, PTW, daily workers reporting attendance.
8) Testing, inspection and recitification work for the plumbing and sanitary system.
9). Put up purchase orders to the office for material ordering.
10. Any other site work matters

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
• Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
• Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• All Races welcome
