REQUIREMENTS:
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Plumbing or equivalent is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing, with a strong understanding of commercial systems and installations.
- Proven leadership or management experience, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Strong knowledge of UK plumbing regulations and health & safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work both on-site and from the Corby office, with a willingness to travel as needed.
- Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Plumbing Manager to oversee our team of plumbers across the Southern region, ideally located around the M25 or close to our Corby office. This is a new and exciting leadership role, where you will manage the day-to-day operations of our plumbing services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance in all commercial plumbing projects.
The successful candidate will bring their technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience to manage and mentor a team of plumbers, ensuring that all work meets our standards and exceeds client expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, lead, and support a team of plumbers within the designated area, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of plumbing projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure all work is in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex plumbing tasks and installations.
- Collaborate closely with the water hygiene and remedial teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all plumbing-related issues are addressed promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all plumbing work, inspections, and team performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, ensuring that the team is compliant with all relevant standards.
