- Trade Test or Ordinary National Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain all plumbing systems within the Tek-Experts space.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing and drainage systems.
- Maintain records of landlord activities related to water treatment and sewage plants.
- Carry out defect repairs and source quality spare parts.
- Maintain tools, logs, and inventory. Adhere to work plans, track time, and communicate with the Facility Manager.
- Conduct routine inspections of office buildings and facilities, identify areas of concern, and report to the Facilities Manager.
- Cooperate with contractors to ensure successful maintenance and repairs.
- Adhere to Tek-Experts attendance requirements, staff appearance standards, and overtime availability.
- Perform other tasks as requested by management.
Qualifications:
- Trade Test or Ordinary National Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English is required
