• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain all plumbing systems within the Tek-Experts space.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing and drainage systems.
• Maintain records of landlord activities related to water treatment and sewage plants.
• Carry out defect repairs and source quality spare parts.
• Maintain tools, logs, and inventory. Adhere to work plans, track time, and communicate with the Facility Manager.
• Conduct routine inspections of office buildings and facilities, identify areas of concern, and report to the Facilities Manager.
• Cooperate with contractors to ensure successful maintenance and repairs.
• Adhere to Tek-Experts attendance requirements, staff appearance standards, and overtime availability.
• Perform other tasks as requested by management.
