Lastly, you are good at delegating tasks and following up on them.

Responsibilities:
As a Back-up Supervisor you will work closely with our PM Supervisor who has the overall responsibility for our afternoon and evening operation. Together, you will support with manning and planning of our operations to ensure they run both smooth and effectively.
In the position, you will be responsible for handling packages/cargo and ensuring that these are sorted correctly and according to deadline. You will be supporting and working with a strong and experienced team and the best colleagues in the industry.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Participating in the daily operations
- Developing and training staff in collaboration with the PM Supervisor
- Daily follow-up on results/performance
- Acting as a stand-in for the PM Supervisor during vacation, absence, etc.
