Job Description:
1.Overall site Management to execute all the I & C Scope of Works which includes construction, testing and commissioning.
2.Incoming material inspection with approved data sheet and PO (Refer shipping file also).
3.Instruct the warehouse team for proper storage of the instruments after inspection.
4. During the incoming material inspection, if any shortage or damage identified raise the observation report to client and concern authorities.
5.Monitoring of field Instruments construction such as cable trays, cable laying, earthing system, Installation of JB’S, Pneumatic line, Impulse line, Pneumatic test, and Hydro test.
6. Experience in commissioning and maintenance of SMART/HART instruments like Pressure, Flow Ultrasound/Magnetic, Level Transmitters, Mass flow transmitters, Gas flow transmitters, Temperature like RTD/Thermocouple. Analyzers, Control Valves, Motor Operated Valves.
7. Installation of TG, PG, LG, Flow elements.
8. Good knowledge in Loop diagrams, P&ID, Process Flow Diagrams, Hook-ups, and Logic Diagrams.
9.Quality inspection of Field Instruments as per standard.
10.Calibration for all instruments, Loop checking, Testing and Commissioning.
11. Testing and commissioning of sub control systems and interfacing with main control systems.
12. Review and verification of cable schedule and I/O List.
13.Experience in YOKOGAWA, SIEMENS, ABB, SCHNEIDER DCS, verification of DCS interlocks and logic as per process, trouble shooting, simulating I/O for testing.
14. Verification of loop folder with respect to RFI and providing clearance for HOT and cold loop test.
15. FAT and SAT experience.
16. Review and testing of ESD control systems.
17. Issuing and closing of NCRs, Punch lists and Observation reports.
18. Co-ordination with design engineers, other stake holders and other inter departmental personnel for cordial relation to complete the entire project in an amicable manner.
19. Technical discussion with client, stake holders for better understanding of motive for the Project completion. Paying topmost attention to all the jobs.
20. Preparation of various site reports as per client’s requirement.
21.Ensuring all necessary compliances pertaining to the safety and quality issues at site.
22. Better communication skills and interpersonal rapport with respective agencies.
23. Overall Site Management to execute all I & C scope of Works.
24. Markup the site changes in project design, drawings, and co-ordinate to generating the ‘AS BUILT’ Stage drawings and in the subsequent manner to submit them to the client.
25. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
26. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and control Engineering.
Important: - Candidate with experience in Middle East will be given Preference.
