• Shop Inspection.
• Inspection Release
• Construction Quality Control.
• Site QC Inspection.
• Develop, maintain, and submit complete Shop and site quality documents

1. Must have thorough knowledge of Civil Construction of VDC pit (vertical Direct chill) required for Aluminium plant.

This includes,

• Review of method statement/ procedure/ ITP for construction of diaphragm wall and VDC
• Specific standard required for carrying out construction of VDC ( code like - Recommended Practice Standard Procedure for Field Testing Water-Based Drilling Fluids The Equipment and Materials Users Association (EEMUA) Publication No. 163 entitled - Drilling Fluid Materials. Execution of Special Geotechnical Work – Diaphragm Walls , ICE specification for piling and embedded retaining walls etc )
• Test method required on diaphragm wall.
• Must have thorough knowledge of concrete mix design, quality control check required in hot weather, placement of concrete, post pour check and NDT test on concrete work.
