JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dedicated Support Administrator to support our clients’ PMO team, ensuring an effective onboarding and offboarding of resources to the teams as well as having control over the administrative tasks according to the hiring process. You will have a key role in the first and last impression of our client and see that all newcomers and those who leave the team will have the best experience.
Due to constant changes and steady addition of new team members you must possess strong organizational skills, precise attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of colleagues around the globe. Overview of responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding of new resources, arranging background checks, ordering and preparing for IT equipment, accounts and other onboarding material.
- Administrate invoices, time reports and contract extensions for our consultants.
- Oversee the offboarding of leavers according to standard operating practices including the collection of IT equipment and account closure.
- Support with general administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have +4 years of experience in an administrative role within the IT-sector.
- You have previous experience in working for a global company.
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
