PMO Analyst - Contract

Currently, we are assiting our client to lookout for experienced PMO Analyst on a 12 months contract period.

The role is admin/operational in nature that includes churning out and submitting reports, minutes taking and that involves internal (MDs to team members) and external (client PMO and various user stakeholders) as well as onboarding & offboarding processes and ad hoc logistical matters

TOP 3 MUST HAVE SKILLS:

1. Good communication skills
2. Good listening and minutes writing skills, able to follow in meetings and capturing key points and follow-up action items with the respective parties.
3. Process-oriented, with good documentation and collaboration skills.

GOOD TO HAVE (SKILLS):

1. Have a good eye for details, calling out and checking on items without letting them drop.
2. Takes initiative and a keen learner, looking at areas for improvement.
3. Support team members to meet the overall team objectives
