You will join the enterprise PMO, a team that supports project delivery across the entire organisation, touching on the areas of Risk, compliance, operations, HR, marketing and technology.
We are seeking a relatively junior but ambitious individual, who has experience of project coordination across various different departments within an organisation.
The Enterpise PMO was established less than twelve months ago, so a big part of your role will be to help mature this team and the function as a whole.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Project team and Management
  • Coordinate and support project activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives
  • Prepare project documentation and assist with administrative duties
  • Maintain and develop project management toolsets, frameworks, and training materials
  • Track project progress, maintain schedules, and update project registers
  • Manage and update the RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues & Decisions) log
  • Organise and coordinate meetings with third-party vendors and stakeholders
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with methodologies
  • up with stakeholders and vendors for project updates
  • Generate reports, meeting minutes, and project dashboards
  • Reconcile vendor invoices against project budgets and provide financial reporting
  • Support other project-related tasks as directed by management
