As a PMO Analyst, you will be working for our client, a globally recognized financial institution, supporting the operational and strategic needs of their projects. You will play a vital role in managing recruitment processes, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring the smooth onboarding and management of contingent and permanent employees. Additionally, you will collaborate with finance and procurement teams to support staffing, reporting, and operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: REQUESTING HAT AND POSITION IDS FOR CONTINGENT AND PERMANENT EMPLOYEES
- Managing reporting line changes and processing cost center updates
- Coordinating and providing necessary equipment, VDI, and RSA tokens for new contractors
- Opening requisitions for roles, ensuring alignment with staffing needs
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with Hiring Managers and Agencies
- Creating work orders for contractor placements and managing onboarding processes
- Conducting regular calls with recruitment agencies and managing vendor relationships
- Participating in recruitment catch-up meetings and updates
- Hosting weekly calls with vendor management teams to address workforce matters
- Resolving daily recruitment-related queries from stakeholders
- Collaborating with Procurement to onboard new agencies and address hiring-related queries
- Preparing and submitting monthly accruals for active headcount to Finance
YOU’RE IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience in recruitment coordination or PMO support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Familiarity with procurement and financial processes
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work
