Job Description
We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join us in Hove!
You’ll play a key role in supporting the Service Owner for our infrastructure services, to track the management of costs, as well as providing resource demand management, strategy and planning, and oversight of the governance of the Lifecycle Management portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with the Service Owner and other colleagues to deliver functions and services with a measurable impact on the effectiveness of the tower and ensuring alignment to strategic objectives
  • Ensuring adherence to governance standards, working alongside the wider Group Tech PMO, and supporting any audit requirements
  • Financial management including budget planning, tracking costs, managing forecasts with the relevant spend owners, resolving queries with Finance and our suppliers, raising purchase orders and other financial admin
  • Providing high-quality regular and ad-hoc reporting, co-ordinating inputs, data analysis and validation (including challenging inconsistencies) and developing new reporting to meet new needs
  • Providing additional support to the Service Owner as required (e.g., demand planning, recruitment and vacancy management, data analysis, taking minutes, delegating for meetings)

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Naturally, you’ll have previous experience as a PMO Analyst
  • Good knowledge of project management processes, governance and controls, tools, performance measurement and metrics
  • An in-depth understanding of financial processes, including tracking and management
  • You’ll also be well versed in collaborating with colleagues across a variety of seniority levels
  • Experience with Power BI / Keyedin (PPM tool) would be a huge plus!
