SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with supporting PMO roles and owning elements of the end-to-end project, programme and portfolio management activities
- Experience working with reporting and tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Clarity, Confluence) is advantageous
- Knowledge of Financial Services and Capital Markets is preferable, but not essential
- Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality outputs
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with the confidence and capability to propose and develop solutions to gaps in the PMO framework
- Effective and flexible communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work positively and sensitively alongside client stakeholders
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite, in particular strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Project Management qualifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification are preferable, but not essential
Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a PMO Analyst/Manager at Capco, you will be involved in all aspects of PMO activities to support high-profile projects, programmes and portfolios for our clients. Depending on the client and project, you may get the chance to manage small to medium scale projects under supervision.
OUR IMMEDIATE FOCUS IS ON INTERVIEWING CANDIDATES WHO ARE BASED IN SCOTLAND AS THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE WITH TRAVEL TO CLIENT SITE. UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE VISA SPONSORSHIP AT THIS TIME.
