Description:

HYBRID POSITION

As a PMO Analyst at NRS Healthcare, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and programmes across the organisation. You will assist in reviewing new project requests, creating governance frameworks, tracking performance, and producing insightful reports to keep stakeholders informed on progress. Additionally, you will support the development and improvement of PMO tools and processes, ensuring consistent and efficient project delivery. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in project management, strong analytical skills, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector.

EDUCATION:

o A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
o Professional qualifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile, or similar are advantageous.

EXPERIENCE:

o Previous experience in a PMO, project support, or project coordination role is desirable.
o Experience working with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent) is an advantage.

SKILLS:

o Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
o Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
o Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
