The Clients & Industries Business development department provides value-added advice and support in order to enable our Industries Leaders to fulfil its strategic and business objectives. With the fast development of our activities at the local and European level, we are looking for a senior officer to join the team.
The PMO Business Developer is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing business opportunities. This role involves strategic planning, relationship building, and driving initiatives that align with the organization’s goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business development, and a thorough understanding of PMO processes and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the scope of the projects and as a follow up that align with the PMO’s strategic goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support business development initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to enhance the PMO’s capabilities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define the PMO’s long-term strategic objectives and goals.
  • Create business cases and proposals for new initiatives, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk assessment.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Analyze and evaluate existing PMO processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance PMO efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Train and mentor PMO staff on best practices and process improvements.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of PMO initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the progress and outcomes of business development activities.
