Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and embed PMO standards across programme phases.
  • Maintain initiative documentation and facilitate key governance forums.
  • Support the creation of portfolio-level reports, papers, agendas, and minutes for governance meetings.
  • Ensure workstreams and projects have the necessary documentation, plans, and RAIDs in place.
  • Monitor workforce and financial requirements, drawing insights to support delivery.
  • Track risks and issues, managing RAIDs, and completing Delivered Risk Assessments (DRA).
  • Ensure outputs meet agreed outcomes, providing MI and scheduling activity.
  • Develop and manage integrated programme plans, ensuring structure and integrity.
  • Manage a centralised change control process and update business cases as needed.
