emagine is currently looking for a Junior PMO Coordinator for one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support PMO team with driving and implementing strategic initiatives
• Global oversight, time management and follow up on activities within the PMO
• Arrange and drive P&O Digital Delivery Setup leadership meetings
• Follow up on initiatives and activities decided in the PODS Leadership group
• Support on PMO ADO activities
• Plan and execute events in P&O DDS (PI Plannings, PM/PO Syncs, Architecture board,..)
• Drive communication to P&O DDS
• Support and execute on onboarding initiatives in P&O DDS
• Prepare and distribute milestone status reports, meeting minutes, and other PMO-related documentation
• Assist in the identification and management of program risks and issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Project Coordination
• Facilitation
• Strong planning skills
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans and keeping a global overview
• Experience with Azure DevOps
  Location: Bagsværd, Denmark
  Start Date: End of September 2024
  End Date: Rest of the year
