JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Position Title: Delivery Lead / Program Manager - PMCOE

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • The Delivery Lead / Program Manager within the Project Management Center of Excellence (PMCOE) is responsible for leading, managing, and delivering complex projects and programs within the organization. This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple projects, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives, and driving the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and practices. The Program Manager will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, executive leadership, and project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications highly preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 7+ years in Program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or delivery-focused role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex programs with cross-functional teams and senior leadership engagement.
  • Experience working within a Project Management Center of Excellence or a similar PMO environment
  • Experience in Healthcare Industry

SKILLS:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and their application in real-world environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, or equivalent) and reporting software.
  • Experience with budget management and financial oversight for large-scale programs.
  • Understanding of business process management and change management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of technology, software development, or IT infrastructure management.
