Job Description

  • Project management: co-ordinate and manage ad hoc projects / complex tasks
  • Support the analysis and then problem solving for specific topic
  • Analyze and re-engine forecast processes btw countries and center
  • Review and follow-up on action plans together with the individual country support
  • Organizing and managing structured events and workshops, including agenda preparation, scheduling, logistic, connectivity
  • Evaluating policies to ensure they are in compliance with corporate rules and Mission Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Follow up and tracking of personnel expenses and administrative topic (travel, holidays plan, invoices check) for the department
  • Support agenda of global director
  • Coordinate and update communication, through different channels, regarding department
  • Planning, organize, interface management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree or similar qualification
  • 5+ years of working experience, there of significant part in operational unit/office
  • Knowledge and understanding of operational processes at international level
  • Knowledge and understanding of common sourcing value chain
  • Experience in executive assistant roles and event management
  • Excellent German language, fluent English language skills
  • Attentive to detail and structured personality
  • Exceptional initiative and strong analytical thinking
  • Customer focus and flexibility to deliver efficient solutions
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and challenging global environment
