Responsibilities:

As a PMO Global ERP projects you will lead complex SAP projects from conception to implementation or be part of a larger Program to do so. You will work closely with business units and IT teams to ensure that SAP solutions align with company goals and integrate seamlessly with our existing systems. Your support will help our Electronics Business to enhance its operational efficiencies and support our ongoing digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: Support for Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Team Support: Support and mentor project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder communication and ensure ongoing engagement. Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members. Support Budget and Resource Allocation: Develop and deliver budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Risk Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan for and mitigate risks that can affect the project timeline and deliverables. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements. Implement project standards across projects to ensure consistency and efficiency. SAP Expertise: Stay updated on SAP capabilities and trends. Ensure SAP solutions are leveraged to maximize ROI for the company.
