PMO & IT Multi Year Plan

As part of our IT Flat Europe organization, the transversal functional architect supports Flat Europe Chief Information Officer (CIO), IT teams and business customers in Europe to build, coordinate improve and sustains the multiyear plan (MYP) of application change and evolution.
The transversal functional architect should have a view on all transversal programs, their planning of deployment, their impact and communicate / coordinate with each team (transversal as well as local) to ensure follow-up, impact control and awareness. He/She sets-up the necessary standard tools, regular meetings to ensure subject coverage (big project as well as small transversal applications) and proper communication.
He/She coordinates all PMO activities across the segment. He/She also coordinates IT Technical architects and put in place the necessary processes, budgets to generate IT innovations within the segment (Data Science, Artificial Intelligence,… ) .
He/She guarantees both the functional and IT architecture consistency across the programs (in close coordination with relevant IT architects and group expert committees).
This position reports hierarchically to the CIO Flat Europe.
