MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 15 years Project Management experience
  • Degree qualified and/or Project Management accreditation

Responsibilities:

  • Project execution functional owner, responsible for work processes, procedures and templates used in Operations projects.
  • Assess current process and procedures and build out work process framework, procedures and RASCI charts, ensure solutions are adaptable to varying project size and complexity. Includes but not limited to, risk management, stakeholder reporting, schedule development, cost forecasting, procurement, and engineering interfaces.
  • Define KPI’s and use to drive and monitor ongoing efficiency improvement, measures include hours performance, project accounting violation and project performance vs safety, schedule, and budget.
  • Set training requirements for the various roles in the team and develop an academy and onboarding training plan and materials to drive consistency.
  • Define reporting and project review meeting structure based on size and complexity of project.
  • Audit projects, central and sub region lead and ensure compliance to work processes.
  • Responsible for management of the lessons learnt and feedback process/tool to ensure both positive and negative feedback is captured so it can be utilized in future projects.
  • Embody the 4S culture of Safety, Speed, Simplicity and Self-Confidence within and outside Air Products
