Description:
As a member of the SeaRenergy group, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, Elbe1 is a leading consultancy company specialized in the development and construction of offshore wind and renewable energy projects. Our company provides a wide array of services that cater to the different project phases - EPCI project management, technical/strategic advisory, market requirements and intelligence, due diligence, benchmarking, as well as technical and processual compliance for offshore wind and renewable energy projects.
To strengthen our team in Hamburg & remote we are searching for a
Responsibilities:
- Manage all Project Control processes in alignment with standard procedures for offshore wind power projects, ensuring they meet specific project requirements.
- Develop project governance and establish necessary project-specific processes. Lead internal quality assurance, monitor, and audit governance processes and systems.
- Implement project management processes and systems, ensuring appropriate training and awareness initiatives are carried out.
- Coordinate and liaise with progress tracking functions outside the PMO team, such as Risk or Cost Management, etc.
- Coordinate and oversee the development of project schedules, reporting tools, including project progress and project management interfaces.
- Collaborate with Document Management teams to ensure the document management system and its processes are suitable for the project.
- Manage, implement, and maintain the Change Management process across all project functions.
- Ensure all necessary project resources are available for offshore projects and take an active role in the status and reporting of project resources.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
- Work with other offshore wind projects across the renewables portfolio to ensure the Project Control framework is consistent and continuously improved.
