You’ll be responsible for creating detailed project schedules, identifying potential bumps in the road early, and recommending practical solutions to keep everything moving forward. Working closely with project managers and senior leaders, you’ll ensure all projects align with our governance frameworks and strategic goals, while managing dependencies across multiple projects.
If you’re ready to make a real impact by helping us deliver our ambitious projects on schedule, we’d love to hear from you!

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING:

  • In-depth experience in Plan Schedule Management – establishing policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, developing, managing, and controlling project schedules.
  • Proven experience in risk management, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to develop clear project plans, contribute to business cases, and manage project documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and inconsistencies in data to produce meaningful reports and insights.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, maintaining positive partnerships with colleagues, key partners, and stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Project Management qualifications (PMQ, PPQ, or equivalent) or comparable experience.
Join us at Luton Rising and play a pivotal role in delivering complex projects on time, ensuring our ambitious goals are met with precision.
