Job Description
Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PMO Practice Director to lead our PMO team. This senior role, which reports to our Chief Strategy Officer, involves overseeing our PMO capabilities continually improving how we drive customer success, and enabling and empowering our people to learn and grow.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives with individuals and teams to continuously improve PMO maturity and delivery excellence for our customers. Candidates with global, enterprise experience with PMO concepts and teams will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Project Management Office, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the portfolio management processes, ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, time, budget, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and promote Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
- Drive transformation initiatives by improving KPIs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and programs.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project managers and team members.
- Accountable for the PMO team’s financial targets through effective hiring, staffing, delivery efficiency, and supporting pre-sales scenarios where PMO staffing opportunities or PMO differentiators are required for discussions and proposals.
