Description:

The key functions of the PMO include: Monitor, drive and challenge the delivery of the BAU CIP and STRAT programmes of work. Establish and maintain strong governance, processes and standardised documentation for all projects and programmes. Formally review and challenge project documentation and outcomes Capture lessons learnt from previous projects to develop and build organisational knowledge and experience. Provide progress reports against planned delivery, performance metrics and agreed milestones to all key stakeholders (internal and external).
The PMO aspires to become a Centre of Excellence in supporting staff in developing and delivering sustainable financial and clinical quality improvements through the availability of resources and standardised governance processes throughout the organisation.
