• You will take charge of managing the delivery team’s core operations, including financial processes, resource management, and providing support to project managers and the delivery lead in overseeing projects and team management.
• Core processes are streamlined and documented and supplemented with reusable templates. You work together with the customer delivery team and other teams to improve ways of working
• Operations are turned into efficient business processes through automation and data-driven decision making
