Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead the PMO, setting up governance structures, project management methodologies, and best practices
  • Oversee the execution of key projects and programs, ensuring alignment with the university’s strategic goals
  • Play the role of program manager for a strategic transformation aiming at simplifying our processes and migrate our ERP to the newest version (SAP S4)
  • Ensure the visibility of the overall roadmap for cross-functional projects and their progress
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the PMO team, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including executive management, to communicate project portfolio progress, risks, and issues
